Quick Summary / AbstractThe Redwood City School District Governance Team will participate in the Governing Board Workshop, a professional development session designed to foster trust and enhance governance team effectiveness. The workshop will focus on building stronger relationships through understanding roles, responsibilities, and the four elements of teamwork: collaboration, communication, commitment, and celebration. The School Board will also discuss its self-evaluation and priorities. This session is especially valuable for strengthening team cohesion.
